Now Accepting Submissions! Mighty Shorts FilmSlam Returns December 6
ATLANTA, GA (August 25, 2022) — The Mighty Shorts Comedy Collective is now accepting video submissions for the upcoming FilmSlam. The Mighty Shorts FilmSlam is a showcase of Atlanta’s best comedy shorts and will be held on December 6, 2022 at 8pm at Landmark’s Midtown Arts Cinema.
There will be a panel of judges that will select winners in a variety of categories in effort to recognize the most outstanding work. There will be a prize awarded by the audience as well, so filmmakers are encouraged to invite their friends and fans. Anyone with a short form comedic video is invited to submit. All submissions are due by Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11:59PM ET.
The Mighty Shorts FilmSlam will be en evening to celebrate the Atlanta comedy community and the amazing work that is constantly being created right here.

Submission deadline: Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11:59PM.
* We will not accept late submissions. No exceptions.
Content parameters:
Must be comedy
Must be shorter than 10 mins; however, we strongly favor films that are 5 minutes or shorter in the final selections.
We will strongly favor films that were created since July and those that are not already available online.
Files should be less than 5 GB
Mighty Shorts management reserves the right to make the final decision on films that will be featured in the FilmSlam.
